Smoked Ham

Our pigs are a special breed that remains rather small but they don't require corn to grow.  This means a much healthier end-product and our pigs spend their days eating the grass and plants we grow for them.  Their diet is supplemented with organic fruits and veggies on a regular basis to ensure they are health and happy.  Each pig is given a huge amount of open space and treated with nothing but respect and love.
