Our pork is raised on pasture, we do not feed grain.  To make this extremely healthy pork we have to use a very special breed that gains weight on grass alone.  This means our pigs take 18 months to mature, the normal pig takes 7 months to become twice the size of ours so it's a labor intensive process but the end result is well worth the work!
